    Wallet for the pub
    A energy drink.
    Mobile Phone.
    Gels

Wore tracksuit and singlet to the changing area.

Maybe this is what happens when Dexter runs a marathon?

During the middle of the run spot the criminal who got away, kill them and then just keep on running

    light socks/shoes

Probably chilly enough next Monday, so wouldn't need to be as wide as for a hotter day.

@Rom- you could streamline that list for next time if you had an eflow tag - no need for the coins then and Cork to Dublin should only be about 2.30 -I'd watch the pacing if I were you;)

Eflow tags cost to much. Yes I did check all options. You need to put in like 20/30 euro and I only travel to Dublin once or twice a year. Joke was not lost on me though.

PS: That was a list I put together quickly. I also edited some items from the list as people may think I am a tad too organized if they don't already. Yes I have a spreadsheet fetish.

And a very simple, but not so obvious tip - clear out the old activities from your Garmin, you don't want memory full alerts popping up halfway through the race.

And holding your arm above your head will not make a difference when you are trying to get a satellite lock, unless you are wearing a lead lined bin bag to keep dry.

This is very important for recent DCM set ups. Once you've entered the starting pen there is no escape up a side alley as you're penned in.
Last year I had to improvise by using my tracksuit top as a nappy
    It sort of worked :o

ah yeah you're right and I have actually got a really positive mindset now but it's a delicate equillibrium and any little bit of negativity can upset the balance. Try living with me:eek: I think all the OHs deserve medals more than us on Monday.
