Taken from here (worth a click too!)

The Kerry Way walking path between Sneem and Kenmare in Ireland

It's so sweet i'm wondering is it accurately reported as being on the walking path between Sneem and Kenmare, does it still stand, and if it does then how come no one has posted it here before (not that i've seen anyhow) - i'd have thought it to be one to put on the bucket list.

    Anyone been here?

Ahhhhhh, #fail on my part :D

Thought it was too good to be true and that explains it.

So, move along.... nothing to see here (literally) - though the link is probably still worth a click.

    Thanks.

Replace 'pelicans' with 'anything remotely as interesting as that' and you'll have what I was thinking while looking at the pic.

It would be a very busy place instantly by all boards photographers tomorrow if it were true!!:D:P

On a serious note, I began to wonder if I could have missed this as my parents lived in Sneem, and now on the Beara Peninsula, I even travelled to Kerry this year on a memory lane trip, and have never seen such an interesting - and pelican populated spot in Cork/Kerry - nevermind Ireland:D:D

Would love to know where this actually is...........going to click on link to find out more:pac:

Edit: An Cat Dubh, I think were out of luck, read this http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2010/10/24/AR2010102402996.html The house is now gone according to this....... :-( And I am planning a trip to the states in 2015!! I was going to add it to my list......
