Hardwareversand Address data:How to Fill in

Okay guys just filling out the Hardwareversand Customer Data/Address data.

My problem is that I don't know how to fit everything in.

Here's my Address,I will make up a random house number and the rest is real just how it's written on letters.

Here's just the address written in one line.

1234 The Water Rill Waterside Swords RD Malahide Co Dublin

Here's how it's written on letters

1234 The Water Rill
Waterside
Swords Rd Malahide
Co Dublin

So what do I write in:

Street-
City-
ZIP Code-
Country- That would Be 'Ireland'
No.- From my guessing I put '1234'

I put street and number in 'street' and 'no'and then rest in city, with a comma between, looked right in the end

Could be the phone Number but I don't think so as there's an area for 'Phone No.' So yeah

It's not phone number cos I left it blank and it said fill in your street number,
