I'm trying to determine the day and court that someone is appearing on a charge... is there a website that lists the future court dates?

It very much depends on the nature of the case; however, www.courts.ie has a legal diary section. It is tedious to use, so you may need to spend some time exploring it.
You could PM me the details and I'll have a goo for you, either. :)

You could ring the relevant court office.
