OH I'm sorry, i thought i was ok to make a new thread?? sorry guys. why? the reason why is im having murders with them and trying to find out how they operate so I'm able to formulate an appeal, and also perhaps a complaint in writing.
im relatively new to boards, and im not all that upon procedure, so sorry again, who do i ask then please

Click on the red triangle under your name. In the box, jot down a quick note to the mods telling them what you want to do and why. They'll take it from there...

I had an inspector call to my house when I was out of work and I have to say he was very pleasant to deal with.

He obviously wanted to come in and discuss my claim etc. no problem there.

I didn't have a lot of the relevant inf he needed to hand so no problem there either he gave me an envelope to enclose all the info he needed and drop off at my local welfare office.

From my experience I'd say if anyone has an issue with them there's something fishy about their claim and they're trying to hide something. They're basically gathering info to verify your claim nothing else.

The only think I'd add is that it's a shame there aren't more of them as it would help in both speeding up claims for those in need and also prevent people from claiming falsely.

Back to work now than Jebus so I hopefully won't have to worry about them for a long time.

The forum charter clearly states this is not a forum for criticising Govt departments, including their staff. Therefore this thread has been locked.
