I actualy like it when a customer takes an intrest in what's involved with a full proper professional service a stays to watch + ask questions.
And they see what their paying for.
Normaly their quite shocked in realising what a FGA is and what some so called service engineers !! did for them ( the customers ) in the past.

Then saying that I did a service for an X builder in Ballincollig last year who showed a lot of intrest and asked loads of questiones which I happly answered.

Two weeks later I saw his add for oil boiler services in local new's letter !

    You can't win.

I hope you give him plenty of call outs. ;)

I love the fact that my manor seem to have coped on to the FGA and when i get a call from new customers quite often they ask if i use one.

Don't see his adds this year. TG

The article by THE CORK NEWS paper peed off a few so called service people, I won't call them service engineers for ovious reasons !
"Shoddy boiler servicing putting lives at risk" high lighted the importance of FGA and got a good responce. Google it.

I strongly recomended that you contact your local paper and do simular as they love articles to fill there pages and it all helps to highlight us professionals with FGA's for public safety.
