Hello All

New to this so please forgive/correct any mistakes.

We are considering buying a partially completed house but we want an engineer to survey the place first and a QS to give us an idea of the cost of completing it to a medium spec (or one who could do both). We would be looking at going as eco-friendly as possible within our budget.

Size: 1700 sq ft
