Need Help Building a New PC ......

    Hi Guys,

    Thinking of building a new PC. My current dell is being a major pain in the hole, so I want/need something more powerful and faster.

    I used to put together Custom PC's about 10/11 years ago but haven't done anything since!! Not sure how I'd fare out this time round




    1. What is your budget? [€700-€900]

    2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? Graphic Design, Web Design, Some Video Footage Editing, Internet

    3. Do you need a copy of Windows? Yes

    4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? No

    5. Do you need a monitor? No

    6. Do you need any of these peripherals? I already have a black case with power supply, Firewire 800 USB 2.0 PCI Express Card & Pioneer DVR-S19LBK Optical Drive & DVD-ROM Optical Drive

    7. Are you willing to try overclocking? Not sure ... Yes?

    8. How can you pay? Any way

    9. When are you purchasing? ASAP

    10. If you need help building it, where are you based? I'm based in Portarlington, Co. Laois

    Any help greatly appreciated.
