Lactose Intolerance after stomach bug

    Hi all,

My 9 month old got the vomiting bug last week, he's over it now but has been sick after his morning bottle a few times and seems to be reluctant to finish his other bottles and is on and off with his solids too. He will eat his yoghurt and be fine. I was researching and read about babies developing lactose intolerance after a tummy bug, was wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

    Thanks in advance.
