The Nexus of course... proper display dimensions (while you get big honking black bars on the iPad with a 16:9 video) and a much better battery life.

Nexus definitely. A beautiful lil machine, I'm using the 2012 model and if that's anything to go by, I would jump on the 2013 model in a heartbeat

Easy to install XBMC on the Nexus 10.

I will disagree with rest of the people here*. iPad Mini is a very stylish tablet and the bigger screen size makes a BIG difference in real world. I've had both and the iPad Mini just feels like a better tablet over all.

*I'm making an assumption here that you are talking about Google Nexus 7 vs iPad Mini. If you mean Nexus 10 vs the big iPad (Whatever it's called these days) then I agree with rest of the people.

I'm just configuring the Samsung Galaxy 2014 10.1" which I bought today and will report on my experience.
