Dried Peaches

    Hi all!
I've been looking for dried peaches as an ingredient in a Christmas cake. I usually use dried apricots instead, but would love to use dried peaches again as they add great flavour and a different texture.
I haven't succeeded in finding them in the past several years and was wondering if anyone could help!
I've enquired in a few local healthfood shops which stock similar ingredients, but they say they cannot order them anymore.
I've thought of buying them online but it seems they can only be ordered in bulk (1lb plus) and from the US etc.
Anyone come across them lately? Anywhere in Ireland or Northern Ireland.
