My sister's 30 birthday is coming up in December. I am looking to organise a restaurant for the birthday dinner on a saturday night and then onto a bar with some music and dancing. My mother and her 2 sisters love to get up an dance but not in a place that is packed or modern music or a nightclub. Can anyone recommend a venue that would have a live band or good music for them to dance to??
Also any recommendations for a restaurant for 7 people would be great

O'Shea's Pub, just accross from The Brazen Head have live bands every weekend, and tends to cater for the age group you're talking about. And if they don't like it, they can nip over to The Brazen Head for some live music, and hang out with the tourists. Also good craic.
