What fans to control?

    Hi all,

This is my first build (and first post in here) so hi to you all.

I was just wondering how any of you would set up their fans in this scenario.
I have a motherboard that should be able to control 2 fans (as well as cpu fan) using fanexpert 2.

    My case has:

one front intake fan (through the HDDs),
    one back exhaust fan,
and a huge 200mm side case fan.

I was wondering which 2 fans should I control with the software and which 1 fan to leave always on . I also have a manual control to turn this 1 always on fan down by hand. I haven't got the system up and running yet.

I may be overclocking in the future, and will be getting a hefty GPU soon.

I was thinking of leaving the back exhaust fan always on, and let the software control the other 2.

Which fan would you folks control manually?

    Thanks
