I am a resident in riverway estate in douglas and i am sick and tired of joy riders in the area. I walk through the glencurrig estate every day to go to tesco in douglas and there is cars and bikes flying up and down the road in glencurrig with young people driving them. There is a high crime rate in the area and when i phone the gaurds they do nothing about it. this needs to sstop.
