I suffer with this, bad. I mean from big changes to the slightest...

I get anxious, sad, worried. Is there practical steps I can take?

Example, moving bedroom in my house was suggested, didn't sleep proper for days thinking about and worrying about it. :/.

    Any recommendations?

We cannot help in the Psychology forum as it's for discussing psychology topics - so I've moved your post to Personal Issues, which is more suitable. JC

From my own personal experience, exposing myself to lots of change has helped me become more comfortable with it.

I feel like it was almost a skill that i had to learn. Now, I accept change and although i am still sometimes afraid, it is much better. I'm sure with more time I will become even more comfortable with.

Have you considered trying counselling? It can help with the anxiety. Anxiety isn't something you have to live with. :)
