Hurling Mentioned On NBC Broadcast

    When a goal was scored during the New York Rangers game last night where the puck was swung on in the air like you would a sliothar - the commentator asked if you would call that a hurling play? If only 1% of the viewers look up what hurling is - that's big exposure for the game in front of a huge tv audience -

    Typical GAA short sightedness to go for the money in China and completly ignore India where people would play for the love of the game!

    That said, with North America and Asia conqured surely the much awaited GAA Deathstar isn't far off. Then the entire galaxy will tremble before Darth Cluxton!

    The game is gaining popularity to a certain extent and i think Youtube has had a certain part to play in this. Its giving the game more exposure.
