hi i ordered a build from them, and on the 10th payment went through from the bank. I was wondering why things weren't moving along very fast after that then i realised this PSU that i ordered is out of stock.

I don't suppose i can change it now can i or should i just wait for it to come back in. Am i likely to be waiting a long time basically?

What if it does't come back in stock at all?

Can i email them and ask to replace it with a different PSU?

sorry for al the questions just not sure what to do :)

I ordered on the 20th of September and my order only shipped today (yay!) because of stock. It's my first time using them, but I've found they're very slow to reply to emails, so a phone call might be quicker. Either way, the sooner you contact them the better, don't wait like I did.

I contacted information@hardwareversand.de to see what the delay way, but you might have a faster response from auftrag@hardwareversand.de as that's specifically for order modifications/cancellations.

I asked in perfect German (a native speaker helped here) to speak with an English speaker because of a very vague email response. In my fairly poor German comprehension she suggested I send an email. I gave up at that point.

Probably a blessing in disguise. Get a different PSU.

they seem very poor at replying to emails, i've sent about 5 or 6 since wednesday and not one reply. I've used google translate to put the words in german as well as the english but still nothing. doubt id use them again to be honest il try ringing them tho
