Looking for a good stretch for muscles on inside top of thigh

    Folks,

    I'm looking for a good stretch for muscles on inside top of thigh, in particular point where they connect to pelvic area.

    Any suggestions?

    Background is have had groin pain for ca 10 days, been to doc and he's convinced it's the muslces in this area. Run ca 5 times a week (10k) but don't behave myself with the stretching I am ashamed to say. Lesson now definitely learned :D

    Physio , sometimes it's not stretching but rest that's needed

    Sit with your legs spread apart (in front of you)....bend your knees, bring your feet inwards and together so both soles are touching each other

    You should end up in a position that looks like you are about to start medidating!

    You will naturally feel the stretch on the inside of your thigh\groin area, you can increase the stretch by gently resting your elbows on your knee area and pressing down ( your knees will be sticking out and up)....be careful though you need to be very gentle and avoid overstretching the area
