Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I've bought one property, and after what seems like ages, I've only received two weekly payments. Given that it takes between six months and 2 years for most properties to pay for themselves, has anyone here actually made a profit on property they bought?

Even the properties which require you to carry out missions take an enormous amount of effort to pay back. For example you need to tow 300 cars to pay back the towing compound. Is it at all worth it?

Not really. But after making millions during all the missions, it's just really something to spend your money on, and leads to random missions to help increase longevity of the game. Only ones that really help are the $20m cinema which gives a good income of about $260k a week, and Los Santos Customs as Franklin gets everything for free there, so you can mod away like a mad thing.
