I'm looking for some advice on putting insulation over a concrete floor before laying laminate flooring. I could raise the floor by no more than 12.5mm , any suggestions what would be suitable??

    Many thanks:)

It's not a whole lot of room but if you did a floating floor you could put insulation in the spaces. Rigid or roll type insulation would work I would say but I'm not sure if any come in as low thickness as 12.5mm? Perhaps blown cellulose could work?

what are you willing to spend? there's 'aerogel' at anywhere between €40-60msq that comes in 10mm thickness and equates to over an inch of EPS
