If I buy a car without a log book, is it easy to get one and what will it cost?

Don't buy a car without a log book, get the current owner/seller to get a replacement before buying the car.

Why would you even consider buying a car without a logbook?
How do you know the car wasnt stolen and being offloaded to you?
