    Hi,

Just wondering you can only get JSA if your working no more than 3 days from what im reading?. But what if your worknig 4/5 but its only like 4 hours a week. Even if your doing less hours than someone doing 3 full days are you not entitled to JSA?

Yeah I do 3 full days, 24hrs and get JSA. 24hrs is the max work I cab get but if I did 1 hour on the forth day I'd lose the JSA. Similarly, if I worked 1 hour a day for 4 days, I'd lose everything even though I'd probably earn a total of about €36. Atleast that's what I was told by the SWLO.

If you are long term unemployed you can go on the part time job incentive scheme
