Hi has anyone used a eheater wall panel heater ? Lots of reviews from USA/Canada but none from Ireland they are a plug in panel heater Cement board with element wire laminated between the two boards ? Currently sold in Morris DIY Waterford Any info please Thanks

Never heard of them but they sound similar to the Sunray or Farho energy efficient heaters which they're selling in Trade Electric out in the Six Cross Roads Industrial Estate.
