Only recently started a claim, and the sign on date printed on the bottom of the receipt from the post office gives a date for September 2014, this can't be right, or is this new?

You should get a text the day before you're to sign.

I'd ring the SWLO and ask just to be sure. Not everyone gets a text, I didn't, and better to be sure than arriving at the post office to collect money and there's nothing there
