    hi all
Im in the process of purchasing 100mm warmboard for the internal wall of my garage. (The reason im insulating it is that the garage side is on the other side of the hall). I need to insulate the precast concrete ceiling. Their is two bedrooms above the ceiling. I'm wondering can I just fix 100mm warmboard via mushroom fixings straight into the ceiling or is this a bad idea, taking into account the whole gravity thing?
Also im getting a price of 52.89 inc vat for an 8x4 sheet (102.5mm thick) is this decent or pricey?
    Thanks for the help!

Once you use the correct mushroom fixings, spaced correctly then it won't be a problem.
