Universal charger

Hi I am using a universal charger.The connector at the top,fitted when bought had 19vV m15 written at the top.The top got loose,today it fell apart.There was one other in the pack,that had the same fitting as the original one,but it has 19V M7 written at the top.Could I use that one to charge the laptop? Thanks:)
