    Have you been paid yet?

Im still not paid yet. I worked in the Carlow area for Patricia Casey who is the carlow returning officer. I rang the two numbers on the sheet I was given, one number was dosconnected and the other a woman answered and said that she had nothing to do with the payment and id have to contact patricia herself. So i emailed patricia and got no response. Im going to ring the carlow court house tomorrow and see can i get any answers. Is noone else worried/pissed off about this? Im surprised ive only had one comment on this thread!

I got paid 2 weeks ago (Dublin area), exactly 4 weeks to the day after referendum. I don't know what the story is in Carlow or the rest of the country, but it should not take 6 weeks to be paid out. I'm guessing everyone else has been paid out and something has gone wrong with yours as there's not been any fuss about it.

well its November 22nd and as yet no payment for referendum has been received by presiding officers or polling clerks in Wicklow we have had e mails on a few occasions now saying payment would be in our accounts by end of week as yet this has not happened. does anyone know what the delay is ? and where should we go to complain at a higher level?

    UP DATE
just rang and talked to a nice lady there they too seem to be in amazement as to why they have been gave the money or whatever to pay the P O's and the P C's. and no one seems to have the answer as to WHY? as others have been paid long ago. at this stage maybe Joe Duffy needs to be rang and have it highlighted publicly as to how the carlow/Wiclow area is treated. when we were paid by cheque it seemed to be a lot quicker.
