Windows 7 set up key number

16-10-2013 10:46am#1I am having trouble with my laptop, and I was wondering if I set it back to the first date I installed Windows 7 would this help, the only problem is I can't find the box I got with the key set up number,if I think back it was just a number on the sealed box with no disc, is it possible to find this number on my Laptop its a Toshiba and is 2 years old,
Sorry if this looks like another post from tawnyowl but I just noticed here there are two with the same name mine is in caps
