Waterford Triathlon Club are holding an open morning this Sunday October 20th from 10am-12pm at the Waterford Crystal Sports Centre and welcome anybody interested in taking up triathlon or joining the club. Experienced club members will be there to answer any questions you may have. There will be refreshments and an opportunity to go for a short run to burn off the cake after.
