    Toronado prefers firm ground?

If Top Notch Tonto wins this ill never watch racing again

Definitely. I would guess that he won't be running. Olympic glory is still declared for the same owners and he certainly doesn't mind the mud.

Maxios had 1st run on Olympic Glory in France but I still wouldn,t see form reversed & wont mind soft ground.

His best ever performance came on good to soft at Goodwood. One of the best mile performances in the world this year, if he turns up he's got a great chance even on the ground.

Soft Falling Rain on an OR of 122, wtf? a horse who was beaten by Gregorian 1 1/2l. Gregorian was beaten 9 1/2l behind Toronado 126 and Dawn Approach 125 in the Sussex.

I'd have Top Notch Tonto over SFR in this race.:)

SFR needed that run after 5minths off

Olympic Glory for me.Straight mile wont help Dawn Approach tactics.SFR has to improve in a big way to place. With Toronado a major doubt 9/2 about Olympic Glory is outstanding value as on the day I can see him at 7/2.

His rating is based on a 7lb beating of Montridge 115 last time out, a horse who had disappointed when beaten by 5 1/2l by Top Notch Tonto on his previous run.

122 seems slightly excessive for Soft Falling Rain when the likes of Declaration Of War are rated 123

Bar Goodwood, when he lost to Toronado , Dawn Approach's record against older horses ain't great. Will it matter at the weekend? He is fresh and Ascot has been kind to him, the conditions shouldn't matter to him either

Backed Maxios for this, likes soft ground and the French are cleaning up in Britain this season when sending horses over.

Think he is the best bet in the race, Olympic Glory five lengths behind him last time yet is shorter. May have gotten a bad ride but he wouldn't have beaten him, Dawn Approach not one to rely on. Imagine a Monsun QEII winner but it looks possible
