A couple of issues someone may be able to hrlp with
    1. The left hand lights both parking and indicator (front & rear) have stopped worhing on my fiat . I check the 12 fuses below the steering column and all are fine. I also noticed that when I try to operate the left hand indicator I dont hear the normal clicking sound from the relay . I know the bulb is fine because it works when I push the hazard lights ANY Ideas

    2. My dipped beams dont work again no fuses are blown..

Although both of the above problems happened recently, they did not happen at the same time. I have tried to fix both without success. All help welcome

It's more than likely either poor earths or poor connections. It sounds like it could be just a plug in connector thats acting up. Have a root under the mudguard. Trace wires from light units down until they go under cab. Is there a white connector block there somewhere? Try pulling it apart and together a few times to improve connection. Do you leave the tractor out? Weather has been good last while so possible that now after the bit of rain water got into a connection.

Also what condition are the light units in themselves? It sounds more likely my first suggest ion. But the earths could be bad in units. Screw off the lenses and check for rust.

Electric s are fiddly, time consuming with the potential to cause frustration! It's really just a game of elimination and trial and error. The next rainy day or chance you get pull it into the shed and go through it.

Also a 12v ammeter/voltmeter is a handy little thing to have to see where you have and haven't current.

Hope this is a little bit helpful. Let us know how you get on.....

You mentioned your front dips.... have you changed out the bulbs? Both could be blown? Also could be just connectors at back of lamps. ..

I'd say the insides of lenses are brown?? Cobo lights fitted on those the same as my yoke (nh).they are probably well rotted away so be careful handling them if you are not anxious to buy new ones

even if the fuses are not blown, they may not be makingcontact. clean the ends of each fuse and the ends of the spring clip they go into with fine sand paper. Italian electrics and rusty cabs are a bad mixture .
Totally agree with OP regarding the esrths .

Thanks for the replies guys. After the last couple of days going through your suggestions I finally got the lights sorted.
The problem was actually the light / indicator switch.
I managed to fix the indicator lights by using electrical contact cleaner and some fine emery paper.
The problem with the headlights was a worn contact. I took it out and built it up by about 2mm with solder and they work fine now.
The remaining electrical problems are a diff lock which seems to do nothing when you press the switch even though the switch lights up.
The other one is the digital dash unit which shows the pro speed just reports 000.
Any ideas on the above two appreciated.
