Surely the venue have given you some options to choose from? The internet can't just decide from nothing what to pick, more info?

What ages are the children who will attend?

Always try to give a few options. Esp if there are a number of children going.
The older ones can normally do the half portion option of your own meal.
But 3,4,5yo's will always want chicken nuggets & sausages. Try and serve them a salmon or lamb & you'll have a revolt on your hands.
Best of luck whatever you choose.

Agree totally with this. And make sure there is a choice of pasta or chips to accompany the good old sausages and nuggets.

Half portion of the main meal and maybe pasta or mini pizza as a backup?

Do you know the kids well and what they like to eat? Plenty will be absolutely fine with fish or meat, but I know some kids are only fed sausages when out and about.

Ours are offering a half portion of the adults meal or chips and beans with chicken nuggets/fish nuggets/sausages. 8 kids who range in age from 8-14

    pasta/chips/mash
    sossies/nuggets/ham/burgers
    beans/peas/corn
    gravy/tomato ketchup/mayonnaise

    cake/ice cream/jelly

get the hotel to put all that on the menu and let the kids pick their own combination of above where old enough. If none suffice, half portion of adults.

A day out like that, last thing you want is an argument or a sour puss on the big day. worry about their 5 a day when you get home.

we had 25 kids at ours ranging from 4 weeks up to 11. They had the option to have the same as the adults or chicken/sausages and chips.

I think this is probably the best option, not every child is a sausage & chicken nugget fan, I know mine isn't, he'd rather have mash, veg, meat & gravy!
