Get a nut removing socket - Halfrauds or local motor factors have them. :)

Drill it off or if know someone with even a small welder weld a bit/nut on and try that way.

Heat is no good now if its wrecked. Weld something to it and turn.

Take the hammer off him and hit him a flake of it. He's the greatest gunther since Gunther!

Is it mangled to the extent that a 12-point socket won't catch it?

    Bolts or nuts?

Tighten the others back on as much as possible, should leave it that little bit easier to turn

    Weld a bolt to it

    Easiest and most foolproof way
