    Hi All

    I switched gas and electricity to EI last week and received a confirmation email.  We are still awaiting the welcome pack but I understand this takes some time to arrive, so no problem there.

    Yesterday, however, I received a call from a blocked number and a voicemail after.  Unfortunately the line was terrible and all I heard was "Electric Ireland" and I can't make out either the name of the lady who called or the number to call back.  Can you help with this please?

    Thank you for switching to Electric Ireland. Yes, no problem - we can take a look at the notes on our system to find out what this call was in relation to.

    If you send us a private message with your MPRN or GPRN and your name/address/telephone number, we will look into it ASAP.
