Is it possible to have an airlock in just one tap?

The cold tap in my upstairs bathroom has been loosing pressure for a while now and just stopped flowing yesterday. Is it possible its air locked? The shower and the toilet in the same room are fed from the same tank upstairs and they're running fine?

Does the hot feel the same has the cold when turning on and off, is there the same amount of turns ?
