    Hi all,
Just wondering that who is liable for storage fee after a car accident? The car is written off by rear ended. Does the insurance company of the person who caused the accident have right to say that they only pay for 2 weeks of the storage charge eventhough the car has been stored almost 8 weeks and will be longer due to examination and valuation purpose.

please tell your advice and how to deal with it?

    Really appreciate in advance

how much is the storage fee?
why has it taken 8 weeks? Are you causing needless delays? If so then you cant expect the insurance co to pay. If not then expect them to pay. If they dispute it threaten insurance ombudsman. If that doenst work contact the ombudsman and make a claim.
