Creating an image

    Hi I'm trying to reinstall windows 7 but when I use the hotkey it looks for a install disk.is there anyone here that would be able to help.
    I have downloaded the USB/DVD tool from Microsoft,however when it comes to looking for the windows ISO file I can find it .any suggestions

    Did your computer come with Windows 7 preinstalled, or did you upgrade/install it yourself? This will determine how you reinstall. I'm guessing it was preinstalled since you don't seem to have OS media or a Windows 7 ISO image.

    Yes it was pre installed.i rebooted it before no problem
