Looking to upgrade my exhaust, something a little sportier but nothing that sounds like those awful cannons, any recommendations?

    What car is it?
    Year/engine etc
    How much you spending?

Hyundai coupe, 2005 1.6, can take the same setup as a 2.0 and im not sure on what the prices are like really.

The 2.0 is twin exhaust isn't it?

It is indeed, TBH id rather that.

It's not exactly loud though, as in not any louder than what you have anyway.

Does your bumper have the cut outs for another exhaust, I know some coupes had

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 889 ✭✭✭morritty

No mine doesnt, but im sure i could source one from the UK, a lot of people have actually just cut it out themselves, its not curved so not too hard id guess

I've cut out a bumper before, same idea, different car.

Can you see what way the 2.0 system works, does it have 2 silencers or are the 2 sides running off the one?

Its all one pipe all the way down to the rear wheel and separates into two back boxes
