I played Silloge this afternoon and I really enjoyed it. I think so far it is the best of the public courses I have played ( certainly the longest!)
I am thinking of joining as they have a good deal presently ,however I did find it really noisy on some of the holes , I want to ask any Silloge members if this is something that you just get used to or if it is noticeably quieter when you go out at members only tee times or competition times
    ( i.e early 7 or 8 on a Saturday or Sunday morning)
Obviously the airport is busy all the time but I'm guess the M50 is not too bad early sat/sun.
I came away with a little bit of a headache and I'm not sure if that was my playing partner or the low flying planes:P
I am interested in getting a handicap, how easy is it to get out with members to get the three cards.
Is there any starting handicap rules I should know about ?
