Online Photoshop Elements tutorials

I currently do the bare minimum with Elements 11, mainly because I don't know how to do any more. Would anyone care to recommend some video tutorials on Youtube or elsewhere that might be a good place to start learning more? I can obviously find no end of Elements videos on Youtube but I could spend weeks trying to find a good one!!

Thanks, but that's for CS6. Mostly similar I'm sure but the interface would be somewhat different. And it needs to be paid for!

I'm really just looking for some good Youtube videos.

Yes Rick Peterson is good. Very straight forward tutorials and easy to understand.
