Leap Card problem

    Just registered my new leap card and my OH's. After registering his, I topped it up with 15e and after my bank secure screen, I got no confirmation message it just logged me out. Is that normal?

    I then registered my own card and topped it up with 5e, after the bank secure screen I got an "error message 2013101319539481" so now I have no idea if that went through either.

    Do you think the credit will go on either account by the morning? Or should I just top them up at the station?

    When you top up online you collect your credit at your top up location.

    The error on the second, would suggest 5 euro didnt go through. Not sure on the first.

    Edit:
    Just seeing you need it for first thing in the morning. Online topups arent always that quick. You can purchase topup at the trainstation with a credit/debit card.

    Right, so went to the train station extra early. The top up that I got the error message with didn't go through so I went to the ticket machine, checked my balance (€2.75) topped up my card (€5) using my debit card, tagged on the train, tagged off, (€1.95) same again coming home (€1.95), then tried to tag on to Dublin Bus (€1.40) but driver said I had no money on my card. My online bank statement shows nothing (which isn't unusual, can take a day or two) and my Leap Card account still says I have €2.75, though I know the website can take a day or 2 to update transactions. Píssed off with all this now to be honest, not sure if money is going on it or not, feel like I've made transactions into thin air.

    Also just discovered that the first card I mentioned didn't top up either.

    Is there some reason for this fairly arbitrary time limit?
    Does this mean it will be there in time to use on nightlinks?

    Have you a source for the 5pm cut off time?
