Lock button not working on Passat B6 remote key

Just wondering if it can be repaired or is it fit for the scrap heap. It's like the micro switch behind the button is broken. The other two buttons are fine.

Auto key in Dublin on the naas road should be able to fix it.
Not unusual for the buttons to break in keys.

Check that your boot light is going out when you close it.

If its just a button broken, pressing the unlock key will make the doors lock in 30 seconds or so.
