    How would you describe electromagnetic vector potential in one or two sentences?

    Or would anyone know of where I can obtain a brief definition, as I couldn't seem to locate one?

    I had seen that Wiki page, though I wasn't sure if that was the correct thing I was looking for, but perhaps it is.
