    Yes - been driving me mad. Been trying to log on for at least 2 weeks cos I want to change provider and I want to have an idea of how much they owe me

    That's one reason, I would like to have Bord Gais included in the 'Talk To' section.

    Was in contact with them via Facebook - they have confirmed it is a problem with Google Chrome. If you use another browser it works and it comes up perfectly
