Hi basically looking at buying agricultural land in a private sale. Paying roughly 50k for it. What will I have to pay in fees i.e. Soliciter, land registry, stamp duty??, deeds etc?
I've looked everywhere and can't get a definitive answer on this

    Thanks in advance
