    Hi all,
looking for some advice,I know absolutely nothing about DIY etc.,so any opinions from those who do would be much appreciated...

I have an electric shower, the motor? on which seems to have given up th eghost. It would have "roared"loudly for a long time while on(never sounded right),but last night whimpered then seemed to "die".
Hot water still coming out,but no pressure, just basic flow...
Shower has been there for 9 years approx.

Any suggestions based on the above?
Who is the best person to get to look at it?Plumber/electrician?
And what about tiling ?If someone takes a look/removes or has to replace, will I need to get a tiler to fix the wall (I presume there will be tiles that have to be removed etc.?)
Also If the shower needed to be replaced and I was to source the shower, how much should I expect to be charged for installation by,well whoever does it?c

Sorry about all the questions, but some feedback from those in the know would help greatly.

    Thanks

The brushes in the shower motor are most likely worn out and need changing. If you were handy at diy you could have done it yourself but you're going to have to pay someone to do it. This will raise the cost and make it less worthwhile to repair.
    Best of luck!

The parts for that shower are on a reduced list and motor does not appear available.

A good plumber would advise on a direct replacement that would leave little mess.
