Grinding teeth -recommendation

Hi all I've been grinding my teeth for a number of years (last 5-6) and this has slowly become quite serious. My teeth are starting the show the effects with chipping and quite noticeable wear. The grinding has been brought on by stress and financial worries, no surprise there :rolleyes: I'd very much like to get them…

Hi all
I've been grinding my teeth for a number of years (last 5-6) and this has slowly become quite serious. My teeth are starting the show the effects with chipping and quite noticeable wear. The grinding has been brought on by stress and financial worries, no surprise there :rolleyes:
I'd very much like to get them looked at and get some advice, maybe a guard.
I would be most grateful for a recommendation for someone in Dublin (pref west) who could give me some honest advice and idea of cost to correct. I've found a huge range of dental standards over the years, hence the request of recommendation.
