I haven't seen a thread but found out about this recently in case there's any other wannabe lady lifters in Cork, Women's weightlifting Ireland are running a charity coaching day for all levels inc beginners on the 20th in the Mardyke. Should be good fun and hopefully raise some money for charity.…
