Minimum/Maximum numbers for commonages still online?

    Does anyone know if the list of commonages and the minimum/maximum stocking numbers associated with them are still online? I had a link but can't find it now. The craic that caused a lot of unease before last Christmas.

    I'm not sure, I am having trouble finding it. The Dept say they are operating to those numbers, even though those numbers were never agreed between Dept & farmers. I had the link someplace but damned if I can find it now, am trying to do a paper exercise here.
