Good Quality Smart Charger

Looking for a decent smart charger for NiMH type batteries, and if it could charge LiPo too, that'd be great
I'd prefer for it to have an LCD screen sort of thing, to tell me what percentage the batteries are on, with a discharge function.
Any help will be appreciated, have money waiting
